Young adult homelessness is a complex issue affecting individuals in the United States and internationally, including West Africa, where limited access to stable housing and support systems often makes the challenges more severe. Confronted with family instability and barriers to education, healthcare, and social support, these young adults face an increased risk of exploitation, illness, and marginalization.
At Fondation Cœur Dedior, we address these challenges through advocacy, emergency support, and programs that assist young adults and individuals experiencing hardship in moving toward safer and more stable living conditions. By raising awareness of the causes and consequences of youth homelessness, we aim to engage communities, policymakers, and donors in taking meaningful action.
